Refund policy

Version of 12 October 2026, published ahead of release. The Jana 965 is not on sale yet; this policy applies from the day it is.

No refunds for a change of mind. The trial is the whole plugin with no time limit: you can use exactly what you would be buying, for as long as you like, before you pay. Everything below still applies.

Accidental duplicate purchases

If you buy something you already own, we refund the duplicate in full. Usually the store stops you before you pay, or the refund happens on its own. If a duplicate gets through, for example under a second email address, write to us within 30 days of the second order and we refund it once we have matched the two orders. You keep the licence from your first order; only the duplicate is cancelled.

If something does not work

A fault is not a change of mind: if the 965 does not work as we describe it, write to us and we will fix it, and if we cannot, the rights your country's consumer law gives you apply in full.

Buying from the EU or the UK

At checkout you ask for your licence to be delivered straight away and confirm that you then lose the 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase; that right ends when the licence is delivered.

Refunds made by FastSpring

FastSpring, as the merchant of record, may also refund a purchase on grounds of its own, under its terms and policies (for example a charge reported as fraud, a dispute that the product is not as described, or a support request left unanswered for 48 hours), or where the law requires it, and the licence from any refunded order is revoked.

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed through your bank or card company, the licence from that order is revoked, and we may ask you to write to us before you buy again.

How to ask

Write to hello@janaaudio.com with the order number from your receipt and we will deal with it for you. You can also ask FastSpring directly, at fastspring.com/consumer-support. As the merchant of record, FastSpring pays every refund, to the card or account you paid with.
